1. Who we are

Crowned & Called is operated by Crowned & Called LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Crowned & Called provides daily faith-based affirmations, scripture, a personal journal, and (for Premium members) additional features such as themed packs and unlimited journal history. The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. You must be of legal age in your country to use the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular you must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Send spam or harass other users;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
• Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the service;
• Introduce malware, scrape, or attempt to reverse engineer the service.

5. Intellectual property

All software, content, branding, and materials that make up the service are owned by Crowned & Called LLC or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal devotional use within the plan you have selected. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the service or its content.

Anything you write in your private journal remains yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

6. Payments & subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service in the event of material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable use rules.

9. Disclaimers

Crowned & Called provides spiritual encouragement and devotional content; it is not a substitute for professional pastoral, medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not permit it.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
